When You Use Our Website

Information we may collect about you. With regard to each of your visits to our site, we may automatically collect the following information:

  • information about your visit, including the full Uniform Resource Locators (URL) clickstream to, through and from our site (including the date and time); products you viewed or searched for; page response times, download errors, lengths of visits to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks and mouse-overs), methods used to browse away from the page, any phone number used to call our customer service number if you linked to our site from another website, the address of that website, and, if you linked to the site from a search engine, the address of that search engine and the search term you used.

 

When You Submit An Inquiry Via Our Website

When you submit an enquiry via our website, we ask you for your name, contact telephone number and email address.

This information, if submitted to make a lost item inquiry will be available to our Partner (e.g. Hotel, Resort, etc) so they my attempt to find your lost item.

Your inquiry is processed and stored and processed on our cloud server/ database and via email which is hosted in the United States and Canada. These are both countries which the EU says has adequate data protection laws in place to protect your data.

We do not use the information you provide to make any automated decisions that might affect you.

We keep enquiry emails for two years, after which they are securely archived and kept for seven years, when we delete them.

 

When You Purchase A Service From Our Website

When you purchase a service from us online, we ask you for your name, address, contact telephone number, email address.

The information submitted when processing a request to have your item shipped back to you, will be shared with our Partner (Hotel, Resort, etc. where you stayed), and the courier responsible for picking up the package and returning it to you.

We will use your information to process your order and to facilitate shipping of your item. We will also send you a confirmation/receipt via email and we may use your telephone number to contact you regarding your purchase if a problem is encountered. We may also email you several times after you process your order to follow up on your request, to provide updates during the shipping process, to communicate to you about the status of the shipment, and to as you provide feedback about the service you received. We will do this based on our legitimate interest in providing accurate information and updates necessary to provide the requested service.

We require this information in order to facilitate shipment of your item to you.

Your information is stored on our cloud servers, which are based within the United States and Canada. We do not collect, store, or transmit any credit card details.

We do not use the information you provide to make any automated decisions that might affect you.

We keep your order information for 24 months to ensure any problems that may be encountered (e.g. lost or damaged shipment) can be investigated and resolved with all parties involved in the shipping process.

 

When You Take Part In Our Feedback Survey

When you take part in our feedback survey, we only record your personal information if you choose to provide it and your answers to questions we ask about your opinion of, and use of, our products and services.

We use this information to develop and improve our products and services and our customer relationships.

Your details are not shared with any third party and we do not use the information you provide to make any automated decisions that might affect you. We will not contact you based on this information unless you request communication.

Your personal data is stored for two years, or for as long as we are marketing the product or services that the review refers to, whichever is shorter.

 

Your Rights As A Data Subject

By law, you can ask us what information we hold about you, and you can ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate. If your information is not associated with a shipment we will update or remove your information immediately upon your request.

If you inadvertently provided incorrect information and a package has already been shipped it may not be possible to change the information associated with an active shipment. If it is possible to change the information an additional charge may apply to have the courier intercept the shipment and change the delivery information.

If we are processing your personal data for reasons of consent or legitimate interest, you can request that your data be erased.

We regularly review and, if appropriate, update this privacy policy from time to time, and as our services and use of personal data evolves.
