Reassure guests with a lost item submission form that reflects your brand
Consistent branding reminds your guests that you care about their lost items and are actively involved in helping them find their stuff. With our latest release, you can update the guest submission form to reflect your brand identity, including your logo, font, and website colors.

Customizing the guest lost item submission form
- Log in to your account: Go to ileftmystuff.com.
- Access the "Pro" tab: Click "My Profile" and then select the "Pro" tab. You must have administrator-level privileges to access this area.
- Add your branding: Click "Add White-Label Values."
- Upload your logo.
- Select your brand's font family and colors.
- Enter the hex code for your website background if it is not white.
- Customize the button and button font colors.
- Click "Preview" to review your changes.
- Click "Save."
4. View your custom form: Click "View Guest Submission Page."
Directing guests to the submission form
Option 1: Use our website
- Provide your guest with your 5-digit Client ID (found at the top of your account page).
- Ask them to visit ileftmystuff.com.
- They can click "Find my stuff" and enter your Client ID to submit their inquiry.
Option 2: Add a direct link to your website
- Access the "Profile" tab: Click "My Profile" and then select the "Profile" tab. You must have administrator-level privileges to access this area.
- Click the "Guest Submission Link."
- Copy and share the URL with your IT team to embed on your website.
